The local mobilizer will be a local opinion leader. They will be a leader by virtue of financial well being, association with powers that be or just personal zeal in promoting community welfare.
The third will be the village public. The plan is to make everybody in the village own a little of the industry and at the same time pool available public resources. The work of the local mobilizer is to rally the whole village towards owning and contributing to the project.
The three will work as follows. The lead investor and the local mobilizer will first consult and select a business or industry. They will agree on how to implement the start-up and how to approach the village public. The local mobilizer will be the face of the business. The two will put down some basic resources, money or resources in kind. This will serve as an example to the villagers. The second step will be to hold a village rally to explain and invite the people to join and contribute. This will be followed by house to house visits to clarify any issues and collect contributions. An example to follow in this will be the former highly successful land buying companies.
