NDC will be staffed by people who are largely hands on in the development of businesses. NDC will concentrate on field work and leave in office only those who do corporate work of lobbying and liaising with the various partners and stakeholders.
NDC has worked a way of financing most of the basic startup work through efforts and resources which are left in the startup as equity instead or being paid for in cash. Those who provide effort and resources will be paid with "CHANGA" certificates. All people "changa" to start the business.
NDC is not well endowed with resources. It will therefore use the idea of "changa" certificates as a way of remuneration those under it, who offer development services. NDC staff will be paid partly with cash, partly with NDC "change" certificates and paid with changa certificates of the startups they support.
Recruitment of the field staff will be in line with needs of helping entrepreneurs start busineses.There will be technical specialists in the various technologies required. There will be research staff to look for technological, financial and organizational solutions to the problems faced by enterpreneurs.There will be administrators to coordinate the whole effort.
