The Need

Our earthly comforts are material in nature. We use furniture, clothing, packaged foods etc. All those material comforts are manufactured in industries.Tjhe main purpose of compiling the catalogue of industries is to help entrepreneurs see our daily material comforts as industrial opportunities other than just a product for me.

  1. NDC will offer hundreds of business ideas. To do a feasibility study of each from scratch will be forbidding. To overcome the much basic work NDC has identified an industrial promotion consultancy in India and they have hundreds of ready feasibility studies. NDC will buy the studies and adopt them to the Kenyan circumstances.
  2. A secretariat will be necessary as this stage to manage NDC affairs as work increases. The promoters have been using their private offices for all the work done so far.
  3. The first contact with the public will be through public rallies. A rally is planned for every location. Somebody is currently compiling a list of all locations, their chiefs and their contacts and chief’s centers. The rallies will be conducted through the chiefs.
  4. After setting up secretariat it will be time to register Capital Resource Management Limited in readiness for its work.
  5. NDC will run commercial enterprises, Public Private Partnership projects in addition to promotional work. An initial list of commercial enterprises and PPP projects is being compiled.
  6. After the rallies in the locations, entrepreneurs and enterprises cells will be expected to register with NDC. The actual promotional work will start after registration.
  7. After commercial enterprises and PPP projects list is compiled feasibility studies will be conducted to ascertain their feasibility.
  8. After registering entrepreneur’s and enterprise cells the immediate next step will be to run seminars for them mainly to cover general and common subjects in starting and running a business.
